                            LifeOS is designed with your privacy as the top priority.

                            All your data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to external servers.

Our data handling principles:

All tasks, habits, goals, and Pomodoro data are stored on your device

When iCloud sync is enabled, data syncs only within your personal iCloud account

The developer never has access to your personal data

We never share or sell your data to third parties

❤️ HealthKit Data

                            LifeOS integrates with Apple's Health app to visualize your health data.

                            Data is retrieved only from the Health app on your device and is never transmitted to or stored on external servers.

How HealthKit Integration Works

HealthKit data access only occurs when you explicitly grant permission

Data from third-party apps like MyFitnessPal, Strava, etc. recorded in Health can also be displayed via Health

Retrieved data is used solely for display purposes within the app

HealthKit data is never transmitted externally

You can revoke access permissions at any time in Settings

Supported Health Data (~27 types)

Activity: Steps, calories burned, exercise time, walking distance, etc.

Heart & Vitals: Heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen, VO2 Max, etc.

Sleep: Sleep duration, sleep stages (deep sleep, REM, etc.)

Body Measurements: Weight, body fat percentage

Nutrition: Calories consumed, protein, carbs, fat, water, etc.

Mindfulness: Meditation time

* Supported data is continuously being expanded. Some data requires Apple Watch or third-party app integration.

📍 Location Information

Location information may be used to display weather data.

Location is used only for fetching weather data

Location information is not stored or recorded

Location access is optional; other features work normally without it

💳 Subscription & Payment

LifeOS offers optional Pro subscription plans.

All payments are processed securely through Apple's App Store

We never have access to your payment information or credit card details

Subscription management is handled entirely through your Apple ID settings

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store

💡 Analytics & Improvements

In the future, we may collect the following information to improve app quality:

Anonymized crash reports

Basic usage statistics (feature usage frequency, etc.)

Important: If we begin collecting such information, we will always obtain your consent first through an opt-in process. Currently, we do not collect any such information.

Please use this app in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service

Your license is tied to your Apple ID and can be used on all devices signed in with the same Apple ID

The app may be used for both commercial and personal purposes

Reverse engineering, modification, and redistribution are prohibited

🔄 Subscription Terms

Pro subscription is billed monthly through your Apple ID

Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings

Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription

                            The developer shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of this app,
                            including but not limited to data loss, work interruption, or other damages.

Continuous feature improvements and bug fixes are provided

Best efforts are made to support new iOS/macOS versions

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes relating to this app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
